How can I make an online reservation?

The website pf Chaletparc Krabbenkreek allows you to make a reservation quickly and safely in 4 steps:

Step 1: Click on the “search and book” button at the top right
Step 2: Fill in the number of guests, the numbers of days of your stay and your arrival date and book an available chalet or hotel room
Step 3: Fill in your details and choose any optional extras such as breakfast
Step 4: Confirm the booking, choose a payment method and follow the payment instructions

Once payment has been made you will receive confirmation of your reservation by e-mail.

 

Why is booking through the park's website cheaper than booking through Booking.com?

Due to the extra costs we have to pay to external booking websites, you will pay higher fees on for external booking websites than if you make a reservation directly with us.

With us, you are guaranteed to get the best price for your stay.

Check-in questions

Check-in:

  • Check-in is from 15:00
  • You can pick up the keys at the reception on the park
  • The keys include an electronic pass to open the barrier
  • Each chalet or hotel room has one parking space with the exception of some larger chalet
Check-out questions

Chalet:

  • Check-out is from 10:00
  • Bed linen should be removed from the beds and can be collected in the living room
  • All dishes need to be cleaned prior to departure
  • Rubbish must be deposited in the appropriate containers at the entrance of the park
  • We request that you leave the chalet in the same condition as you found it in
  • You can hand in the keys at reception
  • If you wish to check-out at a later time, please contact us

Hotel room:

  • Check-out is from 10:00
  • All dishes need to be cleaned prior to departure
  • Rubbish should be deposited in the appropriate containers at the entrance of the park
  • We ask you to leave the hotel room in the same situation as you found it
  • You can hand in the keys at reception
  • If you wish to check-out at a later time, please contact us
Payment questions

When do I have to pay?

  • Is your reservation made within 30 days before arrival?
    • Then 100% of the rent must be paid within 2 days after making the reservation
  • Is your reservation made outside 30 days before arrival
    • 50% of the rental price must be paid within 2 days after making the reservation
    • 50% of the rental price must be paid 30 days before your arrival day.
  • Would you rather pay in instalments? That is possible, please contact us

How can I pay?

  • After the reservation has been made, you will receive a booking confirmation
  • In this confirmation e-mail you will find 2 ways to pay:
    • You can pay by transferring the outstanding amount to our account number
      • Account number: IBAN NL14 INGB 0009 1078 74
      • BIC number: INGBNL2A
      • For the attention of RUSA BV
      • Please mention your reservation number and name of the reservation
    • You can pay via the payment link in the confirmation e-mail.
      • Via this link you can do your online banking by paying for example with iDeal or SOFORT

What should I bring for my stay at Chaletparc Krabbenkreek

If you have booked a chalet:

Chaletparc Krabbenkreek provides the bed linen and toilet paper in the chalets. Guests are requested to bring their own supplies. Below are some questions and answers:

  1. Can I bring my own bed linen? No, bed linen is provided by Chaletparc Krabbenkreek.
  2. Can I bring my own towels? Yes, you can also rent towels from us. Here you can add it to your reservation
  3. Can I bring my own tea towels? Yes, you can also rent tea towels from us. Here you can add them to your reservation. 
  4. Should I bring my own toilet paper and soap? As standard we provide 1 roll of toilet paper, you need to bring your own soap and soap.
  5. Should I bring my own detergent? Yes, this is included in your own supplies. Some chalets have a dishwasher, you need to bring dishwashing detergent.

If you have booked a hotel room:

Chaletparc Krabbenkreek provides in the hotel rooms the presence of toiletries in the bathroom, made beds, towels and kitchen towels. Below are some questions and answers:

  1. Can I bring my own bed linen? No, bed linen is provided by Chaletparc Krabbenkreek.
  2. Can I bring my own towels? Towels are provided by Chaletparc Krabbenkreek.
  3. Can I bring my own tea towels? Tea towels are provided by Chaletparc Krabbenkreek
  4. Should I bring my own toilet paper and soap? No, soap, shampoo and toilet paper are provided by Chaletparc Krabbenkreek.
  5. Should I bring my own detergent? No, detergent is provided by Chaletparc Krabbenkreek.
Can I bring a BBQ?

Yes, you may bring a disposable BBQ to a chalet or hotel room. A BBQ may not be used inside a chalet or hotel room. Also, a BBQ is not allowed on the grass or on a table.

BBQs that are still hot may not be emptied into the trash. Also, no BBQ may be turned on in extreme drought conditions or during possible fire hazards.

 

Can I bring a dog?

Faithful four-legged friends are welcome at Chaletparc Krabbenkreek. There are some house rules for this:

  1. A maximum of one dog per chalet is allowed
  2. Dogs are only allowed in a chalet that is fenced off
  3. Dogs are not allowed in hotel rooms
  4. Dogs must be leashed at all times and in all parts of the park. Unless the garden is fenced
  5. Guests are requested to walk their dogs outside the park and are responsible for cleaning up after their dog
  6. Guests must keep their dogs away from beds and sofas in the chalet
  7. Pets are not allowed in our hotel rooms

 

Until when can I cancel free of charge?

You can cancel a reservation free of charge up to 4 weeks before arrival. If you have to cancel the reservation within 4 weeks before arrival, we charge a cancellation fee of 100% of the rental price. The other costs will be refunded.

 

May my employees or guest workers stay with you?

The local municipality has designated Chaletparc Krabbenkreek as a location for recreational purposes. We can only accept reservations from guests staying recreationally at our park. Reservations for employees and/or guest workers are not allowed.
